Catherine has a wide range of work experience and has an attention for detail.  She owned a contemporary art gallery in Manhattan, was the Director of Education at the Horticultural Society of New York, worked for a United States Ambassador/Editor of Time Magazine and his wife who was an Editor at Vogue and House and Garden magazines. Catherine has a Masters in Teaching Social Studies and English, studied Sustainable Agriculture, and has been a New York City based flight attendant.
